In the box

Warranty

Wren watches carry a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment indicated on the warranty card. This includes the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. The warranty does not include any issues that occur due to mishandling and/or damaging the watch. Normal wear-and-tear on the case or bracelet/strap is also excluded. Furthermore, any work carried out by a non-authorized third party will void the warranty.

Returns

You may return your Wren watch within 14 days of your receipt. Refunds will only be issued for new items, without signs of wear or damage, in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. If your order has already shipped, refunds are issued less the original shipping charge, since that service has already been used.
The watch must be in brand new, unworn condition. Removing any of the protective plastic from the case or bracelet, resizing the bracelet, or wearing the watch voids the 14 day return.
